Shipping Policy — The Nail Code

Thank you for shopping with The Nail Code. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following business day.

UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays Whilst we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail or courier delays, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@thenailcode.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. The Nail Code cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
