Returns & Refund Policy — The Nail Code

At The Nail Code, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Returns Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Hygiene & Safety Restrictions For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Gel polishes and nail colours
  • Nail files and buffers
  • Cuticle tools (cuticle pushers, scissors, loop tools, dual tools)
  • Nail art brushes and dotting tools
  • Beauty aprons (if worn/used)
  • Any item that has come into contact with skin or nails

This is in line with UK consumer hygiene exemptions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thenailcode.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sealed / Unopened Items Unopened, sealed products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@thenailcode.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back
  3. Send the item to 46 North Mount Road,L32 2AZ
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before dispatch. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
